Case Study
One Brand, Every Location, No Exceptions
A growing multi-location business kept adding new sites and new hires — but every location was quietly making its own creative decisions, and nothing was keeping the brand consistent across any of them.
The Situation
New hires, new locations, new inconsistencies — a growing business started looking like several different brands the moment it stopped fitting in one room.
The Challenge
Every new location made its own small creative call — a slightly different logo file, a locally printed sign, a social post in the wrong font. None of it was wrong on its own. Together, it added up to a brand that looked different depending on where you found it.
The Goal
Keep the business looking like one consistent brand everywhere it grew — without needing a full design team on staff to police it.
Strategy & Approach
What we actually did
STEP 1
Brand Audit
STEP 2
Guardrails & Templates
STEP 3
Fractional Oversight
STEP 4
Shared Asset Library
We collected everything currently in use — signage, social templates, printed materials — from every existing location, and mapped exactly where the brand had already started to drift.
Instead of a manual no one would read, we built a lean set of guardrails plus ready-to-use templates simple enough to use without a designer.
A fractional marketing lead signed off on every new location's materials before launch — one point of accountability, not five.
Every logo file, color code and template now lives in one shared library any manager can access — no more hunting for "the good version" of the logo.
The Result
New locations now launch with a consistent brand look from day one — no design bottleneck, no guesswork, no exceptions.
Every new location now pulls from the same brand library and follows the same launch checklist before going live. Nobody has to remember to "check with someone" anymore — the system already does. The bigger shift wasn't any single template. It was that brand consistency stopped depending on who happened to be setting up the new location.
